EPoX,the second-tier motherboard manufacturer who encountered a great success at the time of the nForce 2, is apparently going bankrupt. The company has been losing steam for quite some time now and is facing accusations of misappropriation of funds and fraudulent transactions between 2001 and 2003 of $26.2 million that lead to police search in March 2006.
Today, the website is no longer updated and rumors of employees leaving or no payment of salaries are multiplying.
According to the information unveiled by OCWorkbench, a new company named SuPoX and using the same existent product line could be created to follow EPoX.
