SuperTalent has annonced the arrival of two new SSD ranges for January 2009, the UltraDrive LE using SLC and the UltraDrive ME using MLC. SuperTalent has given sequential read and write speeds as 230 and 170 MB/s for the first and 200 and 160 MB/s for the second. The UltraDrive LE will be available in 32, 64 and 128 GB versions and the ME could go as high as 256 GB. Unfortunately we have neither information on the prices nor the controllers used in each of the models.
