ChipHell has a first photo of a Radeon HD 4650 online as well as one of its cooling system.

Equipped with an RV730, which has 320 stream processors (like the RV670 which equips the Radeon HD 3800), it may have up to 1 GB of GDDR3 relayed to the GPU by a bus with a width of 256 bits. The main obvious difference compared to the former high end from ATI is that ROPs will be debugged as they come from RV7xx architecture. Moreover, this suggests acceptable performances when anti-aliasing is activated.

Finally, note the absence of a power connector suggesting probable compatibility with Quad CrossFireX. Now we just have to have the frequencies, price and launch date to have a better opinion on this card.
