Following a 12% raise last month, DDR-400 memory price continues to increase. A 64 MB chip is now 3.9% more expensive than end of August. The most important raise is however once more for DDR2: +7% for DDR2-533 and +7.6% for DDR2-667 compared to the end of August (during this months prices increased by 20.4% and 20.8%).
So, if DDR2-533 is still cheaper than DDR-400, $5.94 for a 64 MB chip instead of $6.13, this is no longer the case of the DDR2-667 that has reached $6.19$.
