Expreview has published a new document from Intel:

It confirms the arrival of the Core 45nm 2 Q8000s and unveils their main specifications: 4 MB of cache and an FSB1333. We should keep in mind that the Q8200, expected out in the third quarter, will progressively replace the Core 2 Q6600 which is equipped with 8 MB of L2. A good sized increase in frequency will therefore be necessary to make up for this difference.
Otherwise, we learn that the Pentium Dual Core E5000 will replace the E2000. Here the change will also be to 45nm and the size of cache doubled to attain 2 MB; however, the FSB800 of its predecessors will be kept which, by the way, shouldn’t disappoint overclockers. As the "Value" segment obliges, they will lack VT (Virtualization Technology) and TXT (Trusted Execution Technology). Note that according to Intel it will not be compatible with older motherboards. You will therefore need at least a 3 series chipset (P31/G31, Q33...) for its installation although we could hope for greater compatibility in practice.
