Some will say that it’s almost a tradition; the release of new Catalyst drivers is often followed by that of one or several Hotfixes. The 8.4 version isn’t the exception and once again there are fixes destined to the entire Radeon AGP family with DirectX 9/10 support. Four are available as there are 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows XP and Vista.
Normally, it should prevent a "Direct3D initialization failed" type error from appearing or even the Experience score from Windows Vista from falling to 1.0. To download it and the accompanying documentation, go here!
