DailyTech has unveiled the Centrino 2 logos and the prices of the processeurs that accompany the Montevina, the first platform which will use Intel’s flagship line in the mobile segment and expected out in June.
You may recall, the 5 CPUs below are in classic BGA 35x35mm format while the last 7 are in BGA 22x22mm format and are intended for SFF (small form factor) PCs.
For chipsets, besides the GM45, GS45, GL40 and PM45, which we already knew about, there will also be the GM47. It differs from the GM45 with its GPU frequency of 640 MHz versus 533 MHz for its smaller sibling, the GPU in question being an X4500 HD graphic core that supports DirectX 10. Finally, for memory, they support DDR2 and DDR3.
