OCZ to release DDR2-1120 memory Posted on 30/08/2006 at 11:42 by Marc
During the announcement of the Corsair DDR2-1111, we ironically said that we were waiting for OCZ's next move and the possible release of DDR2-1112 memory. This is maybe something that we should have kept for ourselves because the manufacturer just announced DDR2-1120 memory. With this release OCZ is once more the fastest.
Be careful though, this frequency is only validated with the LANParty UT NF590 SLI-M2R motherboard and timings of 5-5-5-15 at 2.45V. The "OCZ PC2-9000 Titanium Alpha VX2 DFI Special Dual Channel" is available in 2x1GB kit.
Now we will have to wait and see how Corsair will deal with this affront [sic]…
