Intel just announced a new D-0 stepping for the Pentium 4 631, 641, 651 and 661 respectively clocked at 3, 3.2, 3.4 and 3.6 GHz. The main modification here is the power consumption reduction from 86W for the step C-1 to 65W.
The 651 and 661 versions will be shipped by Intel from November 22 and we will have to wait until January 22 for the 631 and 641. Better late than never!
