A-Data presented at Computex memory modules based on DDR3 1066 and 1333 in CAS 5. A Data told us that they were prototypes based on chips from Nanya and only currently run on specialised test computers. Current chipsets/CPU memory controllers and motherboards aren't ready yet. As the Jedec hasn't until now finalised the specifications of this type of memory, chances are that several small modifications will have to be made. This reinforces the status of prototypes of these modules.
