Every day some information shows up about the future Creative Audigy 4 Pro. It is now Creative via the Japanese office which has published on line one page dedicated to this card. This card has a 113 dbA noise signal report and is introduced as a new qualitative improvement. Functionalities are however quite similar to the Audigy 2 with the EAX 4.0 HD, Dobly Digital EX / DTS and DTS ES decoding, the 7.1, 24 bits / 96 kHz sound and the FireWire inputs/outputs.
The Audigy 4 Pro should be released end of November, the price $365. This card will be sold with an external rack, an infrared remote control and the following software: Steinberg Cubase LE, Steinberg WaveLab Lite 2.5, Image Line FL Studio 4 creative edition, Thief - Deadly Shadows and Hitman: Contracts.
