USB3 key cheaper from SuperTalent Posted on 12/02/2010 at 09:20 by Benoit
Rare are the USB keys that support USB 3, and SuperTalent is a pioneer in the domain of RAIDDrives launched in November.
Now SuperTalent are launching a new range of USB 3.0 key, the ExpressDrives. Designed to be more affordable, the ExpressDrives will be available in 16 and 32 GB versions (as against 32, 64 and 128 GB) for a speed of 125 MB/s (against 200 to 320 MB/s according to the protocol for RAIDDrives).
SuperTalent hasn’t given any pricing yet, with availability announced for March for the ST3U16EX (16GB) and ST3U32EX (32 GB). To recap, a 32 GB RAIDDrive costs around €250.
