Unreal Tournament 2004

Under UT2004, NIVIDIA dominates overall, but the performance gap with ATI isn’t huge. The 6200 TC 32 MB provided equivalent performances to the 6200 128 bit, so it proves its efficiency in technology. The TC 64 MB is also very close just like the X300 SE HM 32 MB is close to the X300 128 bit. The TC 16 MB is, however, slightly behind, but remains in front of Intel’s integrated solutions.

The Radeon X550 provides equivalent performances to the X600 Pro as UT isn’t restricted by memory bandwidth. The NVIDIA 6600 LE does ok and is right in the middle of the X700.

Far Cry

For Far Cry, ATI and NVIDIA remain very close with a slight advantage for NVIDIA. This time TurboCache and HyperMemory cards are far from reaching the performances of the 128 bit equivalent. Far cry is more memory hungry than UT. Intel two cores are far behind.
